Prosciutto & Melon
Prosciutto wrapped Melon finished with sea salt
Marinated Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil
Homemade Focaccia Bread
Served with roasted garlic and white bean dip
Fried eggplant topped with creamy Ricotta Cheese and homemade marinara sauce, finished with shaved parmesan and fresh basil
Arugula and roasted kale topped with shaved ricotta salata and toasted sunflower seeds, finished with a light lemon vinaigrette
White meat chicken sautéed in a rich marsala wine sauce with Italian prosciutto bits and mushrooms, served with oven-roasted potatoes seasoned with fresh thyme, rosemary and sea salt
Italian donuts filled with hazelnut spread served with a raspberry sauce

Baked Stuffed Mushrooms
Button mushrooms over-stuffed with a buttered breadcrumb and mushroom medley stuffing baked until soft
Iceberg lettuce wedge topped with sliced red onion, bacon and chunky blue cheese dressing
Braised Short Ribs
Beef short ribs braised in a rich red wine/tomato sauce
Served on creamy parmesan polenta
Sliced premium steak served with homemade béarnaise sauce
Asparagus spears slow-roasted in olive oil and sea salt and finished with fresh shaved parmesan cheese
Individual skillets with homemade, hot brownies topped with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge

Large shrimp marinated in sea salt and coconut milk, breaded in panko/coconut flakes and fried oil golden brown
Served with sweet duck sauce
Ahi tuna tossed with diced cucumber, creamy avocado, fresh ginger and soy sauce, served on a crispy fried wonton
Romaine lettuce, homemade croutons and shaved parmesan mixed lightly with classic Caesar dressing
Seared Sea Scallops
Topped with Brown butter and pancetta bits
Pasta-less shrimp served in a white wine/lemon/butter sauce
Crushed cauliflower with roasted garlic and fresh herbs
Rich chocolate cake topped with homemade whipped cream

Please note: A $250 one-time service fee will be added to every private dinner under 12 guests. $350 for over 12. We personally shop for each meal, serve and provide full cleanup of your kitchen and dining area.
Professional servers, bartenders, plates and utensils are extra.
