French Onion Soup

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus & Melon 
Blanched asparagus spears wrapped in Italian Prosciutto, finished with olive oil and sea salt
Prosciutto wrapped Melon finished with sea salt

Homemade Focaccia Bread with spreads
Black olive and white bean & roasted garlic

Eggplant Tower
Fried eggplant topped with creamy Ricotta Cheese and homemade marinara sauce, finished with shaved parmesan and fresh basil

Arugula Salad
Arugula topped with roasted cherry tomatoes, shaved parmesan and pine nuts, finished with a light lemon vinaigrette

Chicken Marsala
White meat chicken sautéed in a rich marsala wine sauce with Italian prosciutto bits and mushrooms, served with oven-roasted potatoes seasoned with fresh thyme, rosemary and sea salt
(Pasta optional)

Italian Cannoli
Cannoli shells piped with sweetened ricotta cheese finished with mini chocolate chips and/or pistachios

Baked Stuffed Mushrooms
Button mushrooms over-stuffed with a buttered breadcrumb and mushroom medley stuffing baked until soft

Wedge Salad
Iceberg lettuce wedge topped with sliced red onion, bacon and chunky blue cheese dressing

Braised Short Ribs
Beef short ribs braised in a rich red wine/tomato sauce
Served on creamy parmesan polenta 

Asparagus Parmesan 
Asparagus spears slow-roasted in olive oil and sea salt and finished with fresh shaved parmesan cheese

Brownie Skillets
Individual skillets with homemade, hot brownies topped with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge

Coconut Shrimp
Large shrimp marinated in sea salt and coconut milk, breaded in panko/coconut flakes and fried oil golden brown
Served with sweet duck sauce 

Tuna Tartar
Ahi tuna tossed with diced cucumber, creamy avocado, fresh ginger and soy sauce, served on a crispy fried wonton

Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce, homemade croutons and shaved parmesan mixed lightly with classic Caesar dressing


Seared Sea Scallops
Topped with Brown butter and pancetta bits 

Cauliflower Mash
Crushed cauliflower with roasted garlic and fresh herbs

Chocolate Trifle
Chocolate cake, chocolate pudding and homemade whipped cream layered with chocolate cookie crumbs, served in a Mason Jar

Please note: A $250 one-time service fee will be added to every private dinner under 12 guests. $350  for over 12.  We personally shop for each meal, serve and provide full cleanup of your kitchen and dining area.

Professional servers, bartenders, plates and utensils are extra.

Book a private two-hour cooking lesson for up to THREE recipes of your choice. Don’t worry about the food shopping or the prep, just gather your crew and we’ll do the work!

You get a lesson, a meal, and a cookbook!
